Your furniture deserves personal attention, which is why we offer a comprehensive, free of charge consultation service.

The journey begins when you reach out to us about your piece. Our principal upholsterer, Brie Watson, will then come to your home or place of business with a carefully curated selection of fabric samples, allowing you to see how different materials and patterns could work within your space. 
 
During this initial visit, Brie will examine your furniture in detail, drawing on her background and experience to assess its structure and discuss various design possibilities with you. Together, you will explore fabric options that complement both your furniture and your property's aesthetic. Brie will also take precise measurements and note any specific requirements or challenges.

Quotation 

Following this consultation, we will prepare a detailed, no-obligation quotation for your consideration. Should you choose to proceed, we will then return to collect your furniture, ensuring it's transported safely to our studio workshop.

The journey concludes with personal delivery of your newly upholstered furniture, ready to take pride of place in your home or business premises once again. This hands-on, personalised approach ensures that each piece receives the attention to detail it deserves, from our first meeting to the final reveal.
